I bought a U.S. prepaid phone because speakout doesn't cover U.S. It's a NET10 phone which still has 280min, and 57 service day. Their rate is 10 cents nation wide. If anyone intereted in, it is $25. Original cost is 30+tax in USD.

Sorry for using this forum to sale my phone. I figure someone might have such need.
