I have Nokia 1208 with speak out. I am looking to upgradeto phome with specific features. Voice dialing larger or adjustable fonts larger and easy to read display. Must be able to switch speak out sim card voice command would be also helpful

This site offers a couple of large button & font phones. They also sell a cell phone magnifier accessory. I have no idea of the quality of the phones nor have I heard of the brandname but at least it lets you know there are products available which might meet your requirements.

In the meantime, on your Nokia 1208 you could increase the font on your contact list by choosing Menu>Contacts>Settings>Contacts View and then choose "Name Only". Unfortunately it won't increase the font size on anything but contacts.
