I'm looking for a Speak Out SIM card, with or without airtime. I'm in Montreal.

I don't think you'll be able to get a Montreal number, so all of your calls would be long distance.
Why don't you check out PetroCanada. Their offerings are similar.

You certainly can get a Montreal number with Speakout, you are just currently not able to use a Quebec based credit card to buy Speakout credit online. If you have a friend that can purchase airtime at any 7-11 in Canada, preferably in Alberta, because of the tax advantage, then, you are set. Then again, you could get them to buy you a SIM card also!
