WTB SO sim card in Niagara/Waterloo? | Buy / Sell / Trade | Consumer forum

hi,
looking to see if anyone in either location (or surroundings) is selling a sim card as i have rogers phones and don't want to spend $75 on phone i won't use just for sim. Either that or i'll just have to wait for whenever they decide to have a free phone deal again.
