Hi, I'm trying to buy a SIM card for the vancouver area.

I think it would have to be unused/not activated, because I will be transfering an old account to it, and the representative did say I would have to make the activating phone call after they do their voodoo that they do so well.

I would also prefer an in-person pick-up if at all possible.
