have been providing this to some people by email mostly montreal friends who dont have 711 nearby. If you require a refill so you don't loose your mins expiry, I can buy airtime voucher for you and email you.
I only accept EMT since paypal will charge extra 3% + .30 cents. Anywho let me know if I can help.

If only you were in Alberta, you would only pay 5% GST, and pocket the difference as commission. I already got my sister in Calgary doing that for me! 😀

I just discovered that if you pay by PayPal using a bank account NOT a credit card or the money you already have in your PayPal account, it's FREE

However the seller gets dinged 3%. Cheapest (free) is through a bank account.
