1208 not Charging

Just got this thing and its not charging for some reason. Called the cust service and told me to call nokia...prob closed now. Anyone else have this problem ??
Charger I got with it is AC-3U and battery is BL-5CA

It's possible the battery is DOA. You'll have to wait until tomorrow to call Nokia or you could go back to the 7-11 where you bought the phone and see if they'll let you test your battery in another 1208 and/or test another 1208 battery in your phone.
