1600 voice mail = three beeps

I just got a 1600 for my mother in law and I've got most things set up nicely.

However when I dial 1 for voice mail and then put in my password, I just get three beeps.

If I call on my landline I can pick up the messages fine.

Any suggestions?

OK, so just in case this happens to you...I shall report back.

Called SO this morning, they just needed to 'refresh' the voice mail number.

I turned off the phone while they did this then turned it back on and the voice mail seems to be working as it should now.
