I hope I'm not overlooking something obvious, but it doesn't seem to be on the instruction sheet and I haven't found a way to adjust the volume during calls by experimenting.

Select menu, then profiles, select "loud", select "options" then select "edit" select a melody. Then toggle right(on the centre button) that should bright you to a screen with "vibration and melody" toggle to the right again for volume. Hope that helps.
