I am not getting the blackberry Q10 10.3 update. Has anyone else been able to update? I do not have a data plan. Would a data plan be required? Tried connecting my Q10 to my PC and using Blackberry Link, but it still says the update is not availeable.

I tried WI-FI and the link you suggested. Still does not allow me to update, says that I have the latest software even though I only have 10.2
