I have a Nokia 3120 with support for browsing. I cannot view any pages at the time being, regardless of having a plan that already covers internet browsing.

What do I need to set up so I could allow my phone to browse?

Is your 3120 a Speakout phone? I don't think Speakout ever sold that model, so you have to find a place to enter the following information...

Apn: goam.com
Username: wapuser1
Password: wap
Proxy IP: 10.128.1.69
Port: 80

Once you've done that you should be good to go.

Yep, it's a speakout. Old, but still working.

I used m.google.com as a homepage, is that ok? Regardless, it's not working.
Also, I don't have a place to put the port number. If you suggest to put it with my IP address, I can't do that either.

I assume you tried entering the port number like this?

If its a Speakout phone I suggest you call customer service and have them guide you through the steps.

BTW, I did read that bit about your IP address, its just some people don't know the format of typing an ip and port together.

Did you try rebooting the phone once you had all the info in there?

I had to go to "Advanced" settings to put the proxy in with port # on a different phone. There is a specific spot to put this info in ontthe phone.

I phoned the provider, and they sent a reset signal to my phone. Still, no go. It have something to do with the bearer's settings.

Also, what's the best home page to try out? I used m.google.com, is that ok?

Did you access the advanced settings like the previous poster suggested?

There is no place to place a port number.
Regardless, I'm alright now. I got it working again. I've used the settings mentioned here (without the port number) and have a different home address since m.google.com doesn't work.
