Can Rogers Unlock This Phone?

I got my daughter a new Koodo iPhone SE but in her haste she used her Speakout SIM first and now the phone is locked to Rogers. Can Rogers unlock it so she can switch to Koodo?

Since it's a Koodo phone, and you're asking if Rogers can unlock it, I would ask in a Rogers or Koodo forum.

Normally, you would go to the carrier, but in this case, I think I would talk to Apple about this one, to see who the phone is actually locked to, because Apple is a little more wonky when it comes to how it carrier locks their phones.
If it is locked to Rogers, the cheapest unlocks for Apple products from 3rd party unlockers tend to be with Rogers iphones.
