Cannot load airtime into speakout phone

Hi all!

I am having this issue with my SpeakOut Nokia 2720. Namely, I have not been using this phone for two weeks or so, and when I decided to load it with airtime, I recharged it and now every time I try to call 888 to type in my airtime number, the call just won't get through, displaying the 'no network access' message. I have tried this from 3 different phones, it still indicated that there is network coverage, but the call just won't happen.. Anyone had similar issues? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Did you try *888 instead of just 888? If still unable to load the airtime on the phone, you can always activate the airtime voucher on the official SpeakOut site.
