Hey, just got a Rogers HTC dream, I can't seem to make calls on it, but could receive & answer them, I'm also able to send and receive text as well. Is this a phone setting problem or a phone problem or something? Any suggestion would be much appreciated.

SpeakOut supports only 2G mode. You will have to figure out how to turn off 3G on your phone (should be in the settings).
