I am getting mixed messages. On the main page of this website, I read that MMS is not available with Speakout. But their "official" website says they are, provided you have a Data add-on. I do have data added to my account. I just started a new month, so I'm pretty sure I am not near my limit. I have changed all my settings according to their instructions. But I cannot send a text with a picture attached.
Speakout website MMS settings:
APN: rogers-core-appl1.apn
MMSC: http://mms.gprs.rogers.com
MMS Proxy: mmsproxy.rogers.com
MMS Port: 80
APN Type: Default
APN Protocol: IPv4/IPv6
APN Roaming Protocol: IPV4/IPv6
Also, two settings I wonder about -- MCC and MNC, currently set at 302 and 720, respectively. Don't know where these numbers came from. Are they correct?
I would appreciate any advice. BTW, I have a Samsung S4 mini. Relatively new.
