Not a Torontoian, but the charger works on a variety of Nokia phones. If you see a Nokia charger that works on a e71, e63, 2730 and the like, it should work with your 1661 also.

I see lots of hits on kijiji also.

Another might be at any of the Fleamarkets in the area including the Pickering one!

or local salvation army and the like. Nokia charger is very standard(only seen two type a thicker round one in the early days and a thinner round ones for newer phones, they even have a convertor comes with some transitional period phones). My late 90s charger still works using the convertor.

Try any computer shops at Kennedy Road/Ellesmere You should get it for cheap.

if you don't mind waiting, try ebay.ca
you can find tons of those under $5 (cheapest one i saw is $2.12)
just make sure you get the US (not EU) version
