I assume the nokia has a standard sim card. Then all you do is put the sim card in slot1 of the BLU. The BLU has 2 card slots but you don't need to fill both. Be careful with the instructions on how to slide the card in. One slot has a little metal tray that slides out to accept the card, if I remember correctly. Switched a few people. Simple but the cards both have the contacts facing the middle.
Don't let me frighten or confuse you . Just do it.
If you buy at a store they may try to sell a sim card by default but you don't need a new one. Just transfer the old.

Thank you very much for responding. I looked up how to remove the SIM card from the 1661 and did so. It does not appear to be the right size. It's only 2.5 cm by 1.5 cm, which, from what I can find at least, is a mini card. On the 711 site it says the BLU needs the "full size SIM" and you've used the term "standard". I'm assuming those refer to the same thing and the BLU requires a much larger SIM card than what the 1661 has.

There are mini, micro, nano. Mini is what you have and what the BLU uses. My wife and her sister have the BLU and have moved over cards from flip phones. Mini is considered "standard" by me anyway.
I had to cut mine down to micro for my acer liquid SO phone but you should be fine with no cutting!!!!!!

Notice mini says most phones. Notice standard is 3" won't fit in most phones. Speakout people are rather amateurish as far as their products go.
