Hi,
since a few days I can't check my airtime balance anymore. Did that happen to anyone else as well? I dial *777 and get a message saying 'The call can't be completed as dialed'. Same happens if I dial 611 to customer care.

It's never happened to me. I would call the toll-free customer service number from another phone to see what's going on.

Okay so I figured it out. The problem is related to my iPhone 3Gs. Since a week or so I get a 3G signal on my iphone with the speakout data plan. When 3G is enabled in the network settings of the iphone, you can not call customer care (611) or check your airtime balance (*777). If you disable 3G it works fine, so the solution is fairly simple...when you want to check your airtime, switch 3G off, otherwise use the higher speed of 3G when you use the data plan (it's not extremely fast, but webpages load significantly faster than with Edge only).
