I am seriously considering SpeakOut with the amount of use I do and the price point.

Are there any models that have a qwerty keyboard?

What models, if any, of currently available models are unlocked or otherwise easily unlocked for free through several online sources?

At this time, SpeakOut does not offer any qwerty keyboard models. Only some of the older phones (like the Nokia 1208) are unlocked. SpeakOut has been locking all of their newer phones however.
