Nokia 2720, Speakout prepaid, works great in home area, Muskoka but when travelling in the Lindsay Peterborough area I can't, more often than not, place out going calls without rebooting (battery removal and reinstallation) and my incoming calls go to voicemail even though my phone is turned on. Thanks for any advice.

Sounds like a defective phone. Not sure if it's still under warranty. I have been through that area many times with no problems.
