data help on galaxy s infuse | Phone/Device Issues and Features | Consumer forum

looking for help. added the data package with SO today and im just trying to configure my phones apn

does the phone have to be unlocked from rogers to change the info? i have found the info that needs to be changed but the phone doesnt let me change it.
