Data Stopped - SpeakOut APN Won't Load

My Samsung J3 has been working flawlessly for years, then after the last monthly renew I lost data. (WiFi works fine) Speakout says it's not them. Tried to reset the APN but the phone doesn't recognize the SpeakOut APN and won't let me add it. (I tried other APNs, not for Speakout, and it holds those fine.)

I noticed a couple differences between my J3 and the SpeakOut list:

Under APN Type I have a list of options ("internet+mms+DUN"...etc) so I can't type in the string shown.
I have the added toggle of enable/disable APN, which is not shown on the SO list.
The J3 has a second MVNO which reads D4 and is not editable.

This WAS working fine so I don't understand what happened. :(

Got a more helpful service rep on my third call to SO. Eventually we decided I should delete all the APNs. Data started working immediately.
