I would like to get some games and music for my new cell phone ( LG A341 ) . LG informed me that I need to purchase a Micro SD card. So after I install this, then how do I get the games and music into my phone ? Is there a web site where I can purchase games and or music and they could send it directly to my phone through my cell phones number ?

No offend intended, but it sound like you don't have any concept how digital media works.
First, cellphone are really like a dumb down computer, you feed it a file, with the appropriate player, and it will play. Like a "mp3" is a music file and you typically just put that on your cell phone (internal memory or SD card) and open those file with your music player to play.
They might have some properties system but you will have to consult with your cell phone service provider to work. In this case. Speak out have no such service.

The LG A341 is not a really good phone for apps, because it uses some oddball Korean OS. You can get some java programs here for it, http://www.getjar.com/ but to be honest, I do not believe you have enough knowledge on how to get the programs onto your phone. It is not hard, but there is not much we can do here to help you. You gotta figure it out for yourself, or get a friend to help.

You are right , I don't know how digital media works . With Telus I could order games directly that were downloaded into the phone . I suspected as much that Speak Out won't have this type of service . I thought that through a third party I might be able to buy these ( games, music ) for the phone . So does this mean that with Speak Out a person wouldn't be able to access any of the features of the Smart Phone ?

Speakout does not directly support smartphones or smartphone features. It supports web browsing. A few iPhone apps work, including the App store, so downloading for those phones is possible. It's a gamble as to whether other phones can access third-party "app stores" on the phone. ID01 is correct, you could browse to Google play or other suppliers while you're on wifi and download.
