Hi,
Got this phone free with the recent promotion (Buy a $100 top up get $25 extra plus free Sim and phone).
Phone lasted 5 days and now it boots and crashes over and over.
Contacted Speakout and Figo support.
Hopefully I can do a reverse Sim swap and go back to my old phone.
No wonder they are trying to give these phones away.

That really sucks! At least it's covered by the warranty. Sometimes, it's just better to BYOD.

What was the eventual resolution to this? Mine started the endless reboot after only 1 day :(

It worked out great. Gave Speakout a call and they shipped me a new one, no cost. I have to say that I've had zero problems with the new phone. It's obviously just a basic phone but it does what I need it to do. No regrets.
