Bought this at 7-11 in January and I use this in the US with Roam Mobility with 4G data. The FiGO only has 2G or 3G to pick when selecting Network Type in Cellular settings. Even Roam Mobility says it's a 3G phone. What gives?

In marketing terms, HSPA+ 3G is also considered 4G, and can be, because there is no actual standard on what 4G is. HSPA+ and LTE tend to be tuned to be the same speed with most carriers, so the specs on the tin are pointless.
