What GSM bands are available on the Nokia 1661 sold by 7-11 Speakout? Is it only GSM 850/1990 (for operation in Canada), or also GSM (or EGSM) 900/1800 (for Europe)?

User guide that came with my Speakout Nokia 1661 only lists the 850/1900Mhz bands

The Nokia 1661 sold by Speakout can only do GSM 850/1900. I believe there are Non North American models of the Nokia 1661 that work on the GSM 900/1800 frequencies. As far as I know, there is no model of the the Nokia 1661 that does all 4 of the GSM frequencies.
