I just bought a used HTC Raider, and add a $10 unlimited browing plan today; but I have no luck to browing anything except my home wifi. Any suggestion, please?

Did you get Customer Service to activate your account? Also, check out this link regarding setup:

Thanks for reply. I did call customer services. Maybe it is the 4G reason? Also, how do you the phone is rooted?

Speakout service is 2G, I believe, so your phone has to be capable of using this. Rooting is only necessary if you want to get other apps working. Your first job is to get the internet browsing functioning, which doesn't require rooting.

other than CDMA phone which is not going to work on speakout anyway, all phones have the '2G'(i.e. GSM) radio and all 3G/4G capable phone have quadband GSM so that cannot be the problem unless one deliberately disable the 2G radio.

But if you can make calls/sms, radio is not the issue.

you have to enable data on your phone by entering proper apn info and pick that as the active configuration to use for data.
