If it is your first Android phone, it should be good enough. I was using a Huawei Y300 which more or less has the same specs. The default home screens were awful, loaded with crapware, and it slowed everything down. Once I switched to nova launcher, the screens were much more zippy.
I ran a few programs, mapping apps, browsers, VOIP, etc. They all ran competently. Nothing super smooth, but nothing horridly laggy either.
There is no compass, which was not a big deal, especially if you use a solar/lunar compass like this one https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.cepmuvakkit.compasslite
And it plays Angry Birds! Only game I installed though.
Let's hope you are paying less than $58. No point in getting ripped off on Kijiji. http://www.visions.ca/catalogu.....ku=BASCEND
It only costs less than $5 to unlock.
