How to indicate the caller ID in Nokia1661?

I just bought 1661 few days ago. The caller's name can't be indicated on screen but the phone number when someone call me. Why? Do I need to set up something or activate it ?

The caller's name and number must be in your phone book for it to be displayed. It doesn't work quite the same as landline call display.

Speak out will not display a person's name, because they would have to pay a 3rd party company a retarded amount of money for such a little thing, As iamdrumming said, you can program the phone to display the caller's name when that number comes up.
