Does the iPhone 4 hotspot feature work on speakout? Is anything special required to set it up?

On the browser that is using the hotspot, you have to input this in the proxy settings of the browser.

Proxy Server: 10.128.1.69
HTTP Port: 80
HTTPS Port: 80
