If you do not see a particular phone on the SpeakOut site, then it's not offered by SpeakOut anymore. The Nokia 5130 is about 2-3 years old. You probably won't find it in a 7-Eleven, as most stores rotate their stock fairly quickly and do not keep phones that old. As Bridonca said, your best bet would be Kijiji, or even eBay.

Thank you for all the replies
One more question please - is the nokia 5130 better or the nokia 7230
As i found the nokia 7230 at PC for sale
and the nokia 5130 a 7-eleven store told me that he can order it for me. It costs 110$ or something
I am just going to use it for local use and will unlock it

Hard to say if the 7230 is better than the 5130. The 7230 is a 3G phone, of which the 5130 is 2G only, but it is not as multimedia oriented as the 5130 was. It can play everything the 5130 can though. It is mostly about personal taste.
If I was going to get a President's Choice Mobility/Bell Nokia phone, I would make sure it can be unlocked cheaply. I made that mistake with the Bell Nokia 2730, which has close to the same specs as the 7230 but is really expensive to unlock.
