Hi
I do not need or want web surfing access on my cellphone. Anyone know how to disable it on the phone, or customer service can disable it. I just purchased the Samsung corby plus GT-B3410 at Rogers to use on speakout (SIM card works).

Tx

Call Customer Service; they can disable it for you. 🙂

If you never subscribed to the Unlimited Data Plan, you don't have to do anything. If you did subscribe, call customer service and discontinue it.

Try turning off 3G (I don't have a Corby so I don't know the code to do this, but I had to do the same thing with my Samsung Propel to get it to work).
