The settings described on the speakout7eleven.ca faq site worked for data but not for mms. (errors for sending and receiving mms messages were displayed after a timeout of approximately 2 minutes)

APN Type: Default
APN Protocol: IPv4/IPv6
APN Roaming Protocol: IPV4/IPv6
Solution: remove MMSC and MMS Proxy settings from speakout's listed apn settings and add a second apn with these settings:
APN: media.com
Username: media
Password: mda01
Server: 172.25.0.107
MMSC: http://mms.gprs.rogers.com
MMSProxy: 10.128.1.69
MMS Port: 80
MCC: 302
MNC: 720
APN Type: mms
The second apn is listed with no radio button to select or deselect it, while the apn from speakout is selected.
