Today only Newegg has the MOTOROLA SLVR L6i Gun Metal Unlocked CellPhone on sale for $59.99 including shipping. This is a quadband phone which means it will work worldwide anywhere GSM service is available using an appropriate SIM. It's also unlocked and unbranded which means no carrier logos on the screen and no functions are locked out by the carrier. This is otherwise a basic phone but it does have a VGA camera and Bluetooth.

A couple of weeks a go they had the Moto V195 on sale for $43. While the SLVR is more expensive it's a newer model with camera, WAP, GPRS, etc.
