Newegg has the MOTOROLA V195 Blue Unlocked Cell Phone Carrier Badge - OEM on sale today only for $42.99 including shipping. This is a quadband phone which means it will work worldwide anywhere GSM service is available using an appropriate SIM. It's also unlocked and unbranded which means no carrier logos on the screen and no functions are locked out by the carrier. This is a basic phone without MP3 player, camera, etc. but it does have Bluetooth.

Yes, thanks for the link Bylo. That's a great deal, especially on a quad band unlocked phone. It has received pretty decent reviews as well.
