I bought a new smart phone from China, I put SIM Card in the phone, it show up Speakout and contacts, but it cannot make call
and received a call.they said: Cellular network not available.

the phone can work on 2G with GSM 850 / 900 / 1800 / 1900；

the Cellular network: Preferred network type:2G
