So I recently purchased a Nexus 4, bought a speakout SIM, cut it to fit into the phone and got everything else set up. I purchased the 30$ 100 Minutes + Unlimited Browsing & Texting plan online 2 days ago and I still have no internet connection. Does anybody know what could be wrong?
I assume I shouldn't be messing with any options in the phone's "Wireless&Networks" settings, although I did look through them and everything seemed to be correct.

Works fine on a Nexus 4. Are you sure your APN settings are correct? If yes, call customer service and they may have to reset something on their end.

I'm having the same problem. As far as I know all the APN settings are right. (Used the stuff from this post: https://www.speakoutwireless.ca/speak/phone-features/speakout-unlimited-browsing-data-plan-easy-set-up/) The phone works. Text works. No browsing. Double checked that it hadn't run out (*snicker* Did that once! Never again). Tried with and without a proxy. Nada. No internet connection. What's weird is it seemed to work once for about 15 minutes. Haven't got it working again. Is it a call to customer service time?
