I have a unlock nokia 1020 that was previous locked to telus. Can i use this phone with speakout?

As long as the Nokia 1020 is unlocked, the phone should work with Speakout. To get data working, you need to program in APN settings, but if all you want to do is talk and text, and use wifi for data, you should be good to go once unlocked.
