I have no idea how it happened but 'My Style' has appeared on the opening screen under Optimus.Presumably I have pressed a button in error.

I do not know what it is or how to get rid of it.

Please can you help?

I think it's on your profile. Go to Menu --> Setting --> Profiles --> choose "Normal" then you are back to normal screen.
