I keep trying to set the ring tone setting, but every time I select ring tone on the settings menu, the phone turns off and reboots! It's also not vibrating, which means I am missing all incoming calls! How do I get round this??? Thanks in advance to all you knowledgeable folks!

Sounds like a defective phone. I'd call SO CS for help. If it's a recent purchase you should be able to get it replaced at a 7-11 store.

Hi,
I have a nokia 2610 which i bought 2 years ago. With the new Ontario law which prohibits driving and talking on cell, I tried to put a wired headset into my nokia 2610 but I get "Enhancement not supported" message on my cell phone. Does anyone if wired headset work with nokia 2610?

I have seen this before. Make sure it is a genuine Nokia headset, not just a compatible generic headset. Some Nokia phones can sense when a genuine headset is being plugged in, or a generic one.
