Nokia 2760 charge indictor problems | Phone/Device Issues and Features | Consumer forum

Got a new 2760 and noticed that even after charging over night the battery level indicator may either show low level when flip the phone open or if it does show a full charge then it may wind up showing a 1/4 charge several hours later. One of these times I heard a loud beep when I was out in the cold weather and the meter when to full charge after I held the phone for a while. Another occurrence was when the phone was at home and I checked the battery level to find it indicating almost no charge. Other times the charge indicator shows a full charge.

Is this phone or the battery faulty?
