Nokia C3 and accessing Shaw Webmail

I have been able to sporadically access my Shaw Web on my Nokia C3 in the past. Recently, in the last 3 weeks it doesn't connect at all. I changed the password to Shaw specs but no joy with that.
Speakout Customer service was unable to hellp.
Any suggestions?

i do not know what UMB is. Its the same issue with Wifi or internet. The phone's email package will not log into Shaw Webmail but it will log into Ovi and Mail.com email. Sorry about the typo in my query, I see that I left out the "mail" in Shaw Web Mail.

It seems to be a Shaw issue, and not a Speakout issue. Talk to Shaw.
These is a better solution. Use GMail. Not only can GMail do mobile much better, but you can tie your Shaw email account into GMail.
