Nokia C3 - Call not allowed, cant send text | Phone/Device Issues and Features | Consumer forum

I've had no issues with my speakout handset for over a year, all of a sudden today I can't make any calls (receive a message that says "no calls allowed") and any text I try to send just stays pending in my outgoing text folder. What the heck is going on? Of course I tried calling speakout and after waiting on hold for 10 minutes it just said to call back later and dropped my call.
