I bought my phone at the beginning of Nov. from 7-11. Today I noticed my phone hadn't connected to my bluetooth in my car, so I thought I had forgotten it at home. I got to work and noticed I did in fact have my phone but it's not on. For some reason it won't turn on either. I know my batt had one bar down last night, but there's no way it should have died overnight. Unfortunately I can't plug it in until I get home so I don't know if it's a batt thing or my phone. I'm just wondering if anyone else has had issues like this with their phone. If it's not a battery issue I'm assuming that they don't have any kind of warrenty on their phones?

I would think it's a battery issue. If your battery was down to one bar, it definitely could have died overnight if left on. As far as warranties go, your only bet would be to check with the manufacturer's website. SpeakOut has a 30 day return policy. Since your phone was bought 3 months ago, you would have to contact Nokia.
There is also some information about returns on the official site.
