I've had my SO phone for 2 years+ already, and am ok with it. I don't do much text and call as I have other devices that I can use - YM, skype..Especially when I get to refill airtime w/ a 7-11 store, the new expiry date is 1 year from the time I load the new airtime.

My problem right now is I can't charge the battery..maybe it's dead already?

Can I purchase just the battery from any 7-11 location?

I have never seen a 7-Eleven store sell just cell phone batteries, because batteries are very phone specific, and there are too many devices out there. If some 7-Eleven's do sell just abbteries, it would be a very limited selection. Your best bet would be another retail location, or online such as Ebay.

If you can wait 3 weeks, as iamdrumming said, use Ebay. Most of these batteries cost $3 or so shipping included. You get it here in Canada, and you are paying $25. The pricing difference is crazy!
