Plz help me pick an unlocked phone | Phone/Device Issues and Features | Consumer forum

Hi folks,

First off a big thanks for this site. A much needed and appreciated site!

Now I'm looking for a phone to replace my 1112.
I would really like a PDA phone that could sync up with outlook. I would also like the ability to play MP3s. Camera is unnecessary.
Games and web browsing would be a bonus.

I also am unable to justify paying much for this as going the speakout route was to save money. Budget is around $150.
