Any one using a Samsung Galaxy S2 with Speakout?

Did unlimited browsing work too?

I just bought a Samsung Galaxy S2 i9100, unlocked and rooted, Can some one please direct me to the link, how to do initial setup with SPEAKOUT and things that are recommended with this device.

I am going to use mostly the talking, texting, and use wifi. Not planning for data as of now.
Please help

Thanks a lot in advance.

Well since you're not going to use data..kind of odd with that phone. You should be able to plug one of the sim cards in and be up and running. I would seriously consider adding the unlimited browsing, for the $10 bucks a month it's excellent, and currently all apps are working, not just web browsing. Push email, youtube, skype..etc.

Thanks So much Jake.
I put my sim in the unlocked/rooted S2 and tuned it off ,then turned on again, Voilà, I saw speakout on the lock screen. I love my phone, I love speakout..
I have wifi both at work and home, so I didn't opt for UL B. When I need, I definitely will.

I watched the video, awesome.

Had someone ask me what I did to get the data working on this phone. This might help some others…or might not, anywho…

I am using goam.com but the ip for goam that I use is 208.200.67.150

On my Galaxy s2 (unlocked bell/virgin) version i9100m, under the "Mobile Network", I set the phone to "WCDMA Only" mode and then exited to homescreen. From there, I went to the phone dial menu and entered "*#2263#", (this brings up service mode for the phone) and selected "WCDMA BAND", from the next screen I selected WCDMA 1900, pressed the phone's menu key, selected "back", and then menu key again and selected "end".

Then the little H+ showed up and I smiled. For whatever reason the auto-select band would not work on this phone of mine but setting it to the 1900 setting got data working nicely. Speed tests with it vs my HTC Evo 3D using the same server with the Speedtest.net app consistently have the Galaxy S2 coming out ahead on download and upload. Not by much but it's always ahead…how accurate speedtest.net is, I do not know.

+++UPDATE+++

Went into the service menu today and selected WCDMA ALL and it's working fine. Upon initial setup this did not work, now it does. Go figure.
