I have an unlocked Samsung Gio (purchased as a Bell pay as you go, but never activated). When I call 611 I get an error 'Unfortunately we cannot complete your call as dialed please check the number and try your call again - repeated in french - 2525'. Customer service said they reactivated the account but that has not helped, and now they won't seem to help me at all. Any ideas?
