Yesterday, Friday Sept.21st at about 3pm I logged onto the 7-eleven website to sign up for an account to be able to check SIM card account balances remotely.

It is now Saturday and about 19 hours later there has been no email sent to me to activate the account.
Yes I double and triple made sure my email is entered correctly!

Has anyone else tried to sign up for an account? Did SO send an email to activate the account?

Just an update to my trying to sign up for the 7-Eleven SO account.

Yesterday, Monday the 24th I received an email from SO telling me to use another browser and that I should check my Spam box.
.
The error their website gave me after my try to sign up and entering an email address it informed me the email is already in use.

This afternoon I called SO 611 and the woman just kept telling me to change my phone number, DUH???

I once again replied to their email and included a screenshot of the error.

Lo and behold an hour or so later another email letting me know I was set up with a temporary password.

Only took 4 days to get the account set up.

I am fine with low quality service if it means low cost.

Service could always be better, but once set up, the service just works, which is nice.
