Hi,
Does SO data plan work with iPhone 4S alone without buying airtime plan?
I appreciate it very much if you could advise me.

Speakout offers unlimited mobile browsing, which is a bit more restrictive than data, but still good value for the money. UMB will cost you $11.25 a month, including 911 fee. If you do not make any calls, that is all that will be deducted from your prepaid balance. A Speakout SIM will cost you $10. You will need to have the SIM modified so it can fit in an iPhone 4
This month, if you buy $100 worth of airtime, you get $125 credit, so this is a pretty good time to buy a SIM and airtime.

Hi,
I am having a problem in the setting up network of VPN for iphone 4s about the use of SpeakOut Data Plan. The following setup is not working:
Server: goam.com
User name: wapuser1
Password: wap
Proxy: 10.128.1.69
Port: 80
Can someone help me about this problem?

no VPN for SO UMB unless you are using ssl based VPN.

Question about Data Plan.
If you enable Data plan with Toronto number will it work in Ottawa? Will there be any charges for "Roaming" there?

Guys, i want to share her the apps on my IPHONE which works with the 3G.
For some reason, i remember in Nov, Dec and Jan the DATA from Speakout was working with all features, for ex... E-mails, Skype , Viber and other VOIP apps, unfort. they are not available anymore, it would save me so much money since i would make all my calls through the 3G.
But i want to share the app that works for free txt messages on 3G so you dont need to spend money on your phone, its called TXTme , its good and free.
Other apps which work on 3G would be , facebook, twitter, ebuddy(MSN), Weather Channel, Youtube videos,
One good thing that i did and it was super hepfull is download the app from the your e-mail carrier, for examples: yahoo, gmail, you go on apple store and downloand for ex the app from YAHOO and that its much easier because you will be able to open it and send e-mails considering that the e-mail setup on HOME screen from Iphone won't work on 3G "data" from Speakout

Gmail works fine using the iPhone Mail app, even over 3G.

That would be because it's not a "data" plan, it is an unlimited mobile browsing plan.

So do you mean to say that facebook "app" works on SO UMB if I have it previously installed on my iPhone?
